Clarience Technologies CTO Named President of Transportation Safety Equipment Institute
Leadership appointment reinforces company’s commitment to advancing transportation safety innovation and industry collaboration.
SOUTHFIELD, MI, August 26, 2026 – Paul Sniegocki, EVP of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at Clarience Technologies, has been named President of the Transportation Safety Equipment Institute (TSEI).
TSEI's mission is to enhance the safety of ground vehicles through government and industry collaboration and the advancement of safety technologies.
The appointment recognizes Sniegocki's longstanding leadership in advancing transportation safety technologies and his commitment to fostering collaboration across the industry. As President of TSEI, he will help guide the organization's efforts to promote best practices, support innovation and advocate for solutions that improve roadway safety for workers, motorists and communities.
As EVP of Engineering and CTO at Clarience Technologies, Sniegocki leads global engineering, technology strategy and product innovation initiatives. Under his leadership, the company has continued to expand its portfolio of integrated safety, visibility and digital solutions designed to enhance situational awareness, improve operational efficiency and protect people in transportation and infrastructure environments.
In addition to TSEI, Sniegocki is active in TMC & SAE, chairing “Smart Trailer” initiatives and task forces, in addition to past Chairman and current board member of MEMA’s Heavy Duty Advanced Technology Council.
