Job Summary:

  • 70% Packaging Design: Create and update product packaging using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand standards to create production-ready packaging files
  • 15% Sales Literature Support: Fulfilling sales literature orders, sending literature to print via Adobe InDesign, and placing orders to ship from our warehouse
  • 15% Marketing Support: Assist with a variety of marketing initiatives: graphic design, product launch assistance, website updates, and general marketing support
  • Other Opportunities Based On Strengths: Social media content creation, email marketing, copywriting, 3D product rendering, and campaign execution
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Senior or recent graduate pursuing a degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field preferred
  • Passion for design, branding, and marketing
  • Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Foundational understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work
  • Organized with the ability to manage time and juggle multiple projects
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve

Preferred Knowledge and skills:

  • A portfolio (school or personal work) is highly encouraged
  • Exposure to print production or packaging dielines
  • Interest or experience in content creation and copywriting
  • Familiarity with social media platforms or content scheduling
  • Experience using a camera for photo or video (personal or school projects)
  • Exposure to video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (KeyShot, Blender, or similar)
  • Exposure to marketing or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (Contentful, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar)
  • Interest in automotive, emergency, or industrial industries
