Job Summary
The Manufacturing Project Engineer is primarily responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects as well as establishing timelines and budgets. This role supports, designs, develops, tests, and implements solutions for managing electronic assembly processes including human work factors, quality control, material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
Essential Responsibilities and Functions
- Evaluate equipment, tooling, material handling, and technologies to remove waste and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design work cells to maximize throughput.
- Coordinate with vendors on component/part quality issues and process improvements to reduce waste and improve performance
- Coordinate with Production Manager and team leads to produce documentation, solve day-to-day issues, and implement permanent solutions that improve productivity, reduce waste, and drive high quality.
- Utilize statistical controls to monitor manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate and influence new product designs for manufacturability.
- Implement product and process improvement/cost reduction initiatives, demonstrating ROI, documenting improvements.
- Select and qualify equipment and machinery, tooling, and technologies for manufacturing.
- Perform and/or assist with customer and ISO/IATF audits; maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead and support safety initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage Custom Solution, Buyout, and Supply Chain cost saving projects from assignment to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to complete project by outlining deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
- Monitor all project progress and take necessary actions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Responsible for execution of phase gate process.
- Responsible for documenting and archiving all project deliverables.
- Manage project scope by ensuring changes are documented and approved.
- Responsible for reporting project status and critical path items to all levels of the organization.
- Support the sourcing of components, subassemblies, and finished goods to suppliers worldwide.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support ESG’s Mission Statement and Company Goals.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience working with suppliers and supplier quality issues to create resolution.
- Experience diagnosing process flow issues and implementing solutions.
- Experience leading small teams in a culture of accountability.
- Demonstrated track record of using sound judgment to meet the needs of the customer while satisfying business objectives.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal including ability to prepare, present and discuss project- related plans, requirements, and test results in a team-based work environment.
- Some travel may be required.
Desired
- Experience with high volume Potting (Epoxy/Urethane) pouring processes and equipment.
- Experience with wire termination and processing.
- Experience with a Staged-Gate Development process.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Experience with an Agile environment (Jira preferred).
- Knowledge and experience using Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Maps, Six Sigma tools and other methodologies to identify root cause and determine long term solutions.

JOB SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery in accordance with customer requirements, routing instructions, and internal standards. This role supports efficient shipment processing, documentation, and carrier coordination while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
- Enter and maintain accurate shipment data across customer and third-party platforms.
- Prepare and distribute shipping documentation required for order processing, manifesting, and carrier movement.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling with carriers, customers, and third-party logistics providers to meet delivery and compliance requirements.
- Review order and inventory information to create, modify, or cancel shipments based on availability and business needs.
- Support shipping operations by providing necessary documentation and order details to ensure accurate manifesting, invoicing, and on-time shipment execution.
- Manifest daily Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain working knowledge of domestic and international shipping standards and apply requirements to all shipments and documentation.
- Prepare accurate international shipping documentation as required.
- Provide shipment information and documentation support to internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required

Job Summary
The Soldering Technician’s primary role is to support production and engineering by fulfilling any soldering needs. Between soldering projects, the Soldering Technician assists the production, materials, and shipping/receiving teams with work where needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions
- Solders and de-solders components using various soldering techniques including surface-mount and through-hole soldering.
- Disassemble products as necessary for rework.
- Test components for accuracy and document defective or inaccurate parts.
- Trouble shoot products and components.
- Find and correct soldering defects.
- Reports product issues to supervisor.
- Inspects materials as they are used and ensures top quality product is produced.
- Follows work instructions and diagrams closely and recommends changes to supervisor and engineering.
- Assist in training Team Members.
- Follows all 5S and Safety protocols and upholds all company policies and procedures.
Non-Essential Functions (if applicable)
- Supports the Production, Shipping, and Warehouse team as needed.
- Cross trains with production on various products to maintain product and assembly process knowledge.
- Assists Production team with assembly between soldering projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3+ years of experience and advanced skill with a variety of soldering methods.
- Experience with crimping and other electrical connections.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and other work instructions.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to operate the equipment used in this position as listed under Physical Demands as well as hand tools and some power tools.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a key member of the Materials Team, the Inventory Control Specialist will maintain accuracy of inventory across the business and lead the day-to-day operations of the Receiving Team. This position will interact with various teams to gather the requisite information for ensuring the continuous maintenance of inventory counts in the warehousing and ERP systems. The Inventory Control Specialist will also perform other duties indirectly linked to inventory maintenance, such as overstock return handling, or duties that assist with the overall needs of the Materials team as they contribute to the success of business initiatives.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Review cycle count variance reports, perform inventory investigations and re-counts, and keep all related documentation accurate and up to date
- Perform inventory adjustments and accompanying records updates according to procedures
- Manage overstock and customer complaint returns and train Material Handlers on sort process and paperwork
- May establish and maintain HighJump user accounts
- Administer conversions in the production process and aid production team members with transactions and errors
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve and provide suggestions for increasing accuracy and efficiency through-out the material flow process
- Train team members to perform inventory transactions, identify errors, and coach team members to improve their accuracy as needed
- Ensure team members are following established safety guidelines and properly operating equipment in the warehouse at all times
- Review/approve time-cards and PTO requests for Receiving team members
- Respond to team member requests to locate missing inventory
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures
- May perform material handling duties to assist the receiving and shipping teams
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
- High School Diploma required
- 1 year of relevant experience required
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Computer proficiency in requisite business applications, spreadsheets, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge about ERP systems and warehouse systems preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, administrative, and operational personnel
- Effective communication skills and proper phone etiquette
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
