Profit and Growth Manager
The Profit & Growth Manager is responsible for assessing issues that impact our businesses, and create recommendations based on 80/20 strategies that generate results. This team member understands how growth, profitability, and culture can be transformed utilizing the 80/20 approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering guidance and instruction across the organization regarding foundational 80/20 principles, analytical tools, and decision-making processes
- Implementing and overseeing the deployment plan for 80/20 transformation
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of complete 80/20 implementation, including Quads, Quartiles, Segmentation, Product Line Simplification, P&L Implementation, and lean initiatives. This entails a thorough understanding of the entire process, change management implications, and steering the organization towards successful implementation
- Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analyses to comprehend, assess, and apply recommended solutions throughout client interactions
- Monitoring performance regularly against established objectives
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):
- Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):
- Proven experience in applying 80/20 business principles. preferred
- Advanced excel skills
- Proficient communicator possessing facilitative leadership skills capable of collaborating across various business sectors, geographical locations, and cultural backgrounds
- Demonstrated history of overseeing large-scale projects
- Ability to lead through influence and effectively communicate with stakeholders at the executive level
- Financially adept with a robust comprehension of business financial metrics and reporting
- Established track record of crafting and executing a compelling strategic vision
- Consistently meets or exceeds planned financial commitments
- Strong mentor and coach who is an active listener and provides sound counseling
