Social Media Manager 


ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for supporting the Clarience Technologies corporate brand on social media. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Has extensive knowledge of social networks and online marketing strategies.
  • Works closely with the marketing department to ensure social media strategies align with branding and messaging objectives
  • Responsible for yearly social media plan aligning with broader marketing goalsbased on overall brand goals and objectives
  • Develops content optimized for each social media channel
  • Identify relevant and significant ways for the brand to participate in industry conversations
  • Lead the development and execution of organic social media content – content calendar, posting and community management
  • Analyze social media performance data and use insights to inform future content creation, strategy adjustments and metrics
    • Develops benchmarks and shares best practices among the portfolio of brands for assessing social media campaign success

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S): 

  • Bachelor’s degree, Marketing preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S): 

  • At least 6 years managing social media for a brand(s)/company or prior agency experience in a related role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social concepts and principles to provide best practices and establish processes across the company
  • Comfortable bouncing between strategy and tactics – ability to think big picture but also comfortable executing daily tasks
