Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Responsibilities:
FP&A Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather financial information, conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and providing actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of the annual budget and periodic forecasts in collaboration with department heads
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
- Prepare financial models and scenarios to assess potential outcomes
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure business performance
- Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders and external parties as required
- Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Assist with M&A diligence
- Assist with maintenance and development of financial EPM tools
- Other duties as assigned
Education Requirement(s):
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience Requirement(s):
- 7+ years in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with progressive levels of responsibility
- Preferred experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Preferred experience with financial modeling
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, Power BI or other data analytics tool experience a plus
